  1. You mean there is still hope that someday I will be able to eat a piece of pizza???
  2. Mr. Coggin I really enjoy every post that I see you write. I am a little over three weeks post op. I did have regrets the first 10 days. Mostly because of the pain and the clear liquid diet. Once I was cleared for soft foods it got much better.
  3. I am three weeks post op. I never thought before that I was a sugar addict, but I do now. All I think about is sweets.
  4. It's not in my head. It's physical. I laid in bed for hours last night unable to sleep because it was so bad. After three to four hours of tossing and turning I took some pain meds to put myself to sleep.
  5. I am five days post op and still on a clear liquid diet. I can't believe the hunger pains. All day long. Is this typical ?
  6. That's amazing. I'm five days and seven lbs.
  7. I'm doing ok. Cut way back on my pain meds today. Hoping to do without them totally tomorrow. Bored with clear liquids already.
  8. I am also in the 300 range. Currently 332. I am two days post op and waiting to be discharged. I'm nervous about going home.
  9. Hi Kim!!! Welcome... and congrats on making It to the losers bench!!! How did everything go? How are you feeling? Surgeon said it went very well. Trying my best to stay doped up on meds.
  10. Hi all! New to site. Had my surgery yesterday.
  11. I finished this book last night. A must read!
