  1. I live in Pocatello, work at ISU-so welcome to all Bengals!! I go to Blackfoot, to Dr Davis. He is really good. There is a place that does fills in Pocatello, but I haven't had a need to call them yet. Happy Holidays to all the Idaho bandsters! Nancy:thumbup:
  2. I just had my lapband replaced 11/5/07 also. I was throwing up constantly from 10/31. My Dr was out of town, so that made things a little more difficult. I think I should have recognized that I wasn't able to eat the things I was normally able to eat. When soup became a problem I should have been smarter. I was in such pain that I didn't care if he removed or replaced the band. I am a little concerned that I wont handle the fills and such without worry in the future. I have the new bigger band, I think I will wait till Jan for a fill, and try to get through the liquid stage (which I think is harder the second time around).
  3. I found that the powdered Slim Fast was less disgusting. Then you could blend it with ice cubes too. Nancy
  4. Count me in for June 7. Nancy54 :clap2:
  5. Sorry you are feeling so poorly. I use the Dymatize Elite Rich Chocolate protein powder, but I add about 1 tbsp of Nesquick, and sometimes a tsp of caramel flavoring. The kind of flavoring you buy for coffee, but not the coffeemate, the clear liquid. I also blend with ice cubes. I maybe wrong, but I would rather doctor it up a little and drink it than not get the protein. Nancy54
