  1. Sleeved on Aug 28. Reached goal weight March 28, 2914. Lost 105 pounds in all since I started this journey with my first visit to the surgeon in April 2013.

  8. I am almost two months out from surgery and my waist has gone from 48 to just about 38 (size 40 pants are on the verge of being too loose) -- expect to hit 38 within the next week or two.
  9. My surgical date was Aug 26th. I will be on protein shakes, crystal light, chicken broth, and ice pops for three weeks. I lost 30 pounds in the run-up to the surgery and since the surgery another couple of pounds. Looking lose 100 over time.
  10. My surgery was August 26, 2013. I've been on protein shakes and crystal light for the first few days. I see my doctor tomorrow for my first post-op visit. Life on the shakes (muscle milk lite, etc. has so far been doable. I am supposed to sip four one oz cups each hour. So far I start the day on the protein shakes and leave the crystal light for the afternoon. Never thought I would love my chewable vitamins -- only thing I chew these days. I savor them as if they were treats.
