  1. I have UHC (coca cola) and even though my plan states I am covered for the band or bypass they found my revision medically necessary and approved it. It was approved in less than one week and I had my revision on aug 21st.
  2. Thanks for the info!
  3. What's the name of the protein and what flavor. I haven't had any protein shakes yet and I'm 11 days post op. I must admit I'm afraid of how the protein shake will taste and make me feel.
  4. I had my surgery aug 21st and this all clear liquid diet is starting to make me crack. I also feel weak like you and had a little melt down earlier. I'm trying to hold on to the 15lb weight loss in one week but I don't know how long that can ride. I've had homemade chicken soup minus the chicken of course, Water, and diluted juices. I knew we had to get our 64oz in everyday but never realized how hard it would be. I really don't like Jello but I'm trying that tomorrow. Good luck!
  5. I was sleeved on Aug 21st after having the lap band removed. Had my first post op appt today and I'm down exactly 15lbs. It's great motivation to get me through the next week of all liquid diet. I'm excited about soon adding yogurt to the mix. Crossed fingers its tolerated well.
