  13. Wow 30 pounds in 2 months is great!!! Keep up the great work! Thanks, I'll check out unjury.com today because I really want to make sure I get in my protein. Well after Wednesday I can start pureed foods so did you mix protein with your pureed food? Yes, I was so happy when I found out about sugar free popsicles. They've been my saving grace - Lol. Have you been to any support group meetings in Durham? If so, when & where are they held? I had my surgery done in Cary but I don't really want to drive there for meetings.
  14. I responded to this earlier under Yahoo but I just see where it didn't deliver - Congratulations! I'm happy for you. How much have you lost so far? I had it on last Wednesday 8/21/2013 when I had my gall bladder removed. Can you give me some suggestions for some good liquid Protein? Or maybe a shake that you can't smell the protein? I did pretty good with the Protein shakes before surgery, but they are not good now. =0Sent from Yahoo! Mail

  21. Hi! I had surgery last Wednesday and they removed my gallbladder and repaired a hernia that he found once he got in there and it was less than 2 hours. I remember the anesthesiologist coming in saying he was going to give me some medicine to help me relax & I was out. Slept most of the rest of the day away too.
