Sept 2nd to Oct 5th and I'm down from 226 to 190! From size 19/XXL to 14/XL. It has been a little hard do to the I'm still learning to eat slow so I don't make myself sick. Hope to be a 10 by Thanksgiving!! I have just started working out to:)

I did an enema a few days ago and a little came out but that's it TMI!

I had the sleeve done 14 days ago today and have lost about 20 lbs!!! However I have not had a bowl movement in 16 days:(. I have taken milk of magnesia, laxative, fiber and a few other things. Is this normal?

I had my sleeve done in Mexico on Monday and im feeling good and looking good! Can't wait to see what life brings me now!!!

I'm having mine done Monday at Jerusalem Hospital. Has anyone else had yours done there? Of so what did ya think?

After many years of weight struggles I'm getting the sleeve in 6 days!!! I'm excite and nervous at the same time. I live in Louisiana but will be traveling to Mexico to have it done. I know 9 lady's that have done it at the same hospital. I have no health problems so I'm hoping not to have any when I come out of the surgery.... Acid reflex and things like that. My concerns are will I loose all the weight? Will I have a fast recovery? But it's about to be on so we will see!!!!!

I'm going to have the gastric sleeve done in one week. I'm nervous, I'm about 220 and hope to be at 150 with in a year. I have two small children and run my own company, so I'm mostly scared about the after. Going back to work, soccer games, and all that! Any advice?
