  1. I had my surgery on the 14th of this month. I also was put on the liquid diet upon discharge. But, I am having the total opposite outcome. I'm barely getting in my liquids, partially dehydrated from not getting them in. When I drink to fast or too soon between sips, because I'm trying to get in what I can, it feels like a lump in my chest. I'm curious as to how you drink your liquids during the day and how you eat your meals, well what we call meals right now. Maybe it can help me get it in, because I know it is extremely important. I would appreciate so much if you could tell me what your typical day is like. How has your weight loss progressed thus far? Thanks so much.
