Im taking biotin 10000mcg max strength. Im ready to perm my hair and chop it off bc im natural but scared that hair loss might hit me later on. How did yall hair hold up thru this process?

  11. I definitely was told no salad or raw fruits and vegetables for months. I would seek a provider ASAP. Salad will fill you quickly...lots of fiber.
  12. The food is moving now so I guess I just ate too much chicken. I need to stick to 7 tiny spoons until time progresses. I ate 1/4 of a thigh last night and chopped it. Next time...7 tiny pieces. Thanks everyone.
  13. Im 2 wks out and was allowed pureed chicken. Ate it last night and it feels stuck in my chest/throat. I feel stuffed. No nausea, vomiting, fever or pains. I wish I could barf this food up and run. Now I am scared about leaks. I ate mashed potatoes over the weekend and did great with only 7 lil spoons. Maybe I just over ate. I can drink liquids but I feel stuffed since last night.
  14. I am 2 weeks out. I was allowed chicken (chewed well) and puree stuff. I was tired of the protein shakes but I was miserable last night and today. I feel excessively full. I wish I could vomit but I cant. No nausea, stomach pains, or fever. The food is stuck. Ive had drinks all day but no food. I think I ate too much and now I am scared about a leak. Over the weekend I ate a few spoons of mashed potatoes and was feeling great. Now I am burping, gassy, and feel stuffed. Back to liquids I go... maybe its not a leak but just ate too much too soon. Also I need to have a bowel movement so I took fiber gummies.
  15. They told me not to worry about the scale for at least a month bc your body has to adjust. Fluids make you weigh more.
  16. Starting weight: 225 Cw: 199.8 Starting size: 14/16 Current size:12 Ht: 5ft
  17. This is exactly why only my husband and hairstylist knows. My hairstylist had the sleeve done and they both encouraged me to put my best foot forward. I live in a totally different state from my family. Sometimes privacy is the best thing you can give yourself.
