  2. HI Marfar :I totally agree with you. Food is definitely one of the joys in life but I have learned portion control and how to eat properly. The sleeve works to satiate and on the holidays, I will allow myself a small portion of pasta and a very small portion of desert. I think the trick is not to deprive yourself and feel depressed. The worst part of all of this was pre and post op liquid diet!!!
  3. I really hope that I can have small portions of the food I used to enjoy in a restaurant. I don't want to permanently deprive myself of an occasional lobster, pasta or dessert. Does anyone in here ever eat these things again????
  4. Hi. I am from Brooklyn. I had the surgery on July 31st. I am finding the liquid diet to be a terrible ordeal of hunger. I cant wait to be able to add skim ricotta cheese to my diet, on Tuesday!!!!!!
