    I been wanted to try the Naked Juices but all of them seem to have over 20g of sugar. Which I don't understand because "naked". What do you all recommend??

    Im 19 and have been obese all my life. I wish my mother would have taken control like you have to help your daughter lose weight! I say discuss it with her and a counselor and go for it! Best of Luck!

    I am 2 weeks post op and no matter how much I try I can't seem to get in my 70-90 grams of protein and 64oz of liquid. Do any of you have any suggestions of what I can do??
