  1. I'm sorry but what does nut mean?
  2. It's been a year and three months since my surgery. I feel as though I have lost my path. Since it's a new year I figured that it's the best time for me to start fresh. I am in need of support and motivation. I collect photos of how I want to look to help me on my journey. I suffer from depression which makes this all the more difficult. I need to get back to that place I was once before. I just need some support. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Brandon
  3. I am currently at a standstill with my weight. I know that I am capable of losing more weight but I keep falling off the wagon here and there. What do I do to get back on track?
  4. I haven't booked my surgery yet. Still a little nervous. Any advice?
