  1. I totally agree about the obsessive weighing in... I have only weighed myself once and it reveals a lose of 11 pounds 3weeks out
  2. my surgery was the 24th... I used baby gas drops the first week and it was a life saver and now I always carry around the chewable anti gas/simethicone .... I'm sure it will be part of my life from here out its a lifesaver and can relieve the pressure in your chest plus it's on 88 cents at walmart
  3. my surgery was July 24th.... I have had no pain and I realize that I have been pushing myself to much by reading the other stories here.... very informant and I just felt so good but I'm going to slow it up because I don't want to wreck this gift!
  4. yes your very correct... I guess I needed to hear it from other people in the same boat.... I'm just ready to get started and I feel ready but I don't want to wreck this privilege.... sounds like I need to get my act together and reign it in!
  5. my surgery was July 24th....thanks I'm trying to get used to these threads....r u on liquids still? how much weight have you lost?
  6. I was hoping to find people that had the surgery in July .... just to compare notes and support each other in the similar journey.....any one?
  7. I had my surgery on July 24 th so I'm feeling good and today I started exercising...I've been feeling so good that I've been eating soft food and protein... I only take a few bites and I know I may not be ready for it but I'm doing good otherwise....I'm listening to my body and eating slow and some things are uncomfortable to eat so I stop immediately....I'm on the third week of recovery.... I'm trusting my body will tell me otherwise RIGHT?
