  1. I am having my 2 week post op Monday and have only lost a little over 10 pds getting worried is this normal
  2. I am only a week out and I have been craving a lot its so hard and I'm trying to figure out what to do to satisfy the hunger I'm having and like the shakes the ones I have just seem like diet and not satisfying
  3. I will have to try that. It does feel frustrating. I do feel hunger not sure if its real or not but am thankful I found this site where others are going through what u go through
  4. Is there anything u eat to help satisfy hunger or doesn't feel like diet food
  5. Ibought the shakes from doctors office and don't really care for them too well especially without skim milk
  6. No will have my foll up next monday and where do u get premier. Do u recommend any certain flavor and do u think mixing peanut butter in it would b okay
  7. Is the carnation breakfast shakes also a good source I'm trying to find something that w work for me but satisfy the hunger or any advice where there are some not si awful tasting shakes or food choices and liquids
  8. I'm a week out of surgery and finding the shakes and most everything is not appeasing only applesauce it seems thete is a pain in my chest that goest up when I try is this normal
