Congrats you look great, I feel great still working on loosing these last 15 pounds but love love the way that I look, I especially love the way that hubby looks at me and how people run and open doors.

I had a tummy tuck for this same reason no much how much i work out the stomach stayed so I had a tummy tuck and feel great about it, no regrets recovery was a piece of cake and I was back to work in 1 week and no one was the wiser .

Hi I am sure that is is water weight I would encourage you to exercise as much as you can like walking , exercise helps you get lean as well as help,you to stay fit . I am almost two years post opt and my intake food is 1200 per day and I exercise five days a week for 70 minutes . You got this .

My idea size dress was a ten now I am a 8 I use to weigh 332 pounds and I am now 165 pounds and wear a miss 10 pants now and I use to wear a size 32-36 pants trust me you will know what size you want to be by the way you look and fit in your clothes. Din focus on numbers focus on being healthy .
