  1. Hi everyone.. I was sleeved on Sept 11th, so one month down already! I've actually been pretty lucky with no complications and healing. I have been on soft foods for about a week and it's going well. It's crazy how little food I eat before feeling full. I ate the ingredients inside 1 taco and it took me 2 hours to finish it. I have noticed though that my weight is sort of stayed stagnant for a little over a week. I was wondering if that was normal. Here are my stats: HW- 316 SW- 304 CW-290 I need to get in a routine for exercising so if you have any tips, let me know! Thanks :-)

  3. Thank you everyone for your incite! I'm ready to make this change and commit to feeling better for myself and looking better. Although I don't have any health problems going in, I know the older I get that can definitely change. Thanks again to you all :-)
  4. Hi everyone. I'm in line to have my gastric sleeve surgery in about a month. I'm really nervous because I've been reading all the complications and of course I think all will happen to me lol. I'm also not v sure about only being able to eat a bite or two of something then feeling full. I feel that would be hard if going out with friends or holidays, stud like that. Now I know the whole point b is to eat a lot less, but I still want to eat. For those of you who have had the surgery for some time now, are you able to enjoy food again? Thanks and sorry for the long post.
