i was 41 years old and the diabetis was starting to effect my vision . had an A1C test come back as a 10+ average ..sleep apnea had set in . have cellulitus on lower legs ..was worried that i was getting in poor enough health that i better do something . Started 6 months dr. supervised diet at 345lbs and was 308 for surgery day . came out of surgery on july 17th 2013 at 330lbs . . august 19th 278 lbs ..52 lbs in a little over a month . heaviest weight ever was 390 lbs .
