  1. 204 this week. Down 1
  2. STILL at 205!! I am starting some serious workouts this week and replacing some meals with protein shakes (yuck). I would love, love, love to lose some more and hoping this is just a stall for the last few months rather than my weight loss coming to an end. Perseverance......
  3. I am in the same boat...gaining and losing the SAME 3 pounds! It is frustrating! I am considering going on a one-two week Protein shake diet to try to kick-start some weight loss again. ANYTHING to get it going. Let us know if you have any success!
  4. Start weight 205 Goal weight 199 This is the SAME EXACT SW and GW from the last challenge. I am in a bit of a slump, so here is to another chance to get this going again!!
  5. Please add me to this challenge! Thanks so much for doing this for us!
  6. 203 this week, so no loss to record. I did actually lose .4 pounds....302.2 last week and 202.8 this week. It is all the same, I guess. I have been trying some new exercises to get this weight loss going again. I am 14+ months post-op and each ounce lost is hard earned! Good luck to everyone in the last week of the challenge!
  7. I little more movement this week....203!! I would love, love, love to hit my onederland goal, but that may be too far fetched. Never hurts to keep trying!
  8. For the first time during this challenge, I have broken my stall!! FINALLY! Only a one pound loss, so I hope the scale keeps moving. 204 this week!
  9. 207 last week and 205 this week. This back and forth thing is killing me. Hopefully this stall breaks this week!
  10. Back to 205 this week
  11. So frustrating...up to 208 this week. What the heck??? I am one year post op and have never had a gain like this. Time to kick it up a notch!
  12. Starting weight is: 205 Goal weight: 199, Onederland, baby!
  13. Please add me to the list. I can already tell you that my goal is to be at 199!
  14. 206 this week. No onderland for me...maybe next challenge!
  15. Crap! I forgot to report in...I was 206 on Monday!
  16. Still 207:(. I feel like I will NEVER hit the 100's!!
  17. 207 today. Down 1 pound from last week.
  18. 208! Down another pound, baby!!
  19. 209 this week! FINALLY broke out of the 210's after 3 months. One step closer to onederland! Good luck, everyone!
  20. 210 this week. I have been super frustrated lately, so this measly little 1 pound has me excited. I am going to work extra hard to bust out of the 210's this week...been there way too long!
  21. 211...AGAIN! I have been stuck here for awhile:(. I need to start investigating what I can do to kick start a loss again. I will have to keep being thankful that I am not gaining!
  22. CW 211.5 GW 199 I have only been losing a few pounds a month, so this will be a little stretch for me!
  23. 211 . I seem to be in a bit of a slump! I am going to need to try something new to shake it up a little and keep the weight loss going!
  24. Bea, thanks so much for all of the work you have done for these challenges. I wish you continued success and know you will rock this professional challenge. Please let us know how you are doing!! This week, I was able to buckle down and focus on my goal. I ran or walked 35 miles and met all of my water and protein goals. I did manage to lose a little and weighed in at 211. Although I will not make my challenge goal, I REALLY hope to bust out of the 210's by next week and would love to see wonderland on my 1 year surgery date in August!!
