  1. I had 40 carb a day and all protein I wanted. I drank the shakes also but mostly water.
  2. OMG!!! I am eating mashed potatoes and I think it is the best thing on this planet right now after nine days of liquids. Going to try chili later today after putting it through the Nutra Bullet. How are all you doing out there today??

  4. Anyone else go to PSSC in Seattle?? I had Dr. Landerholm.. Mine was done on July 10.
  5. Hey taster I had mine on the 10th at Puget Sound Surgical Center in Seattle. Hope all goes well for you!!!
  6. My two week pre op diet was 40 carbs or less a day with all the protein I wanted. My surgeon told me after my surgery that I had done excellent on my pre op diet. I was told the reason for it was to shrink your liver down for surgery. Good luck. The better you do before will help you after. My first week has been fairly easy.
  7. I had to fly to Seattle yesterday for my one week check up and had no issues. If it is a long flight I would say just be sure to get up and move around. Otherwise you should be fine.
  8. Congrats!! I gots me last Wednesday and seem to be having a smooth transition period so far. Good luck!!
