My dr said protien shakes and low carb bars all day starting 2 weeks before. Started last Monday I stead of last Wednesday. Lost 13 lbs already. I drink the Advantedge shakes and Atkins bars. Nothing exciting but I want to follow all instructions so I have a positive outcome! Paying cash for all of this........ ~~~~ Teri

I'm on Effexor and my surgeon said it must be crushed After surgery. Well mine are capsules with little beads in them. They said post op I will have to open the capsule and put in water or when I'm on puréed, put it in applesauce. Should be interesting. ~~~Teri
