How much have people lose. I was vsg 5/27 I'm down 27 lbs since surgery and 41 total. I wish it was more but I'm happy.

I'm replying to the weight stall I had only loss 18 lbs at 5 weeks and then at 6 weeks and 2 days I started to lose again now almost 7 weeks out I'm down 25 lbs since surgery. GOOD LUCK AND STAY POSITIVE! !!! Sleeved on 5/27/14

I know that happy feeling, the feeling of wanting to burst with joy and stay calm all at once. I'm 2 weeks and 5 days out 14lbs down since surgery and still happy. Congrats and see you soon on the losing team

I'm a newbie I had my vsg on 5/27/14 and at 2 weeks loss a total of 14 labs. 10 labs the first week and 4 the second week. I go back the work on the 3rd week I'm feeling happy and nervous because I question myself about am I exercising enough or eating the right amount. I want to bad to be an success story. I want to reach good in a years time or pretty darn close.

I am at the very beginning of my journey I just met with the surgeon and my first nutrition class is the end of august. I was told alot of people with EHP insurance are getting denied for the littles things? Help ??? any suggestions or your experience with EHP?

I understand completely I am at the very beginning of my journey too. Waiting for first visit appointment. I have only told my husband, best friend and brother. My mother and sister are so negative about i haven't tried hard enough, I told them I am 280 at 5'3" with 5 kids and having health problem. I am tried of trying and not getting any results just frustration. So my circle is my hubby, Bff, and brother that's it when my time comes and i am sleeved , my answer to my weight loss we be I finally found what worked for me!

I am at the beginning of my journey and I too and at Hopkins with Dr. Schweitzer, I would like to know how long before you got your initial appointment and how do you feel now after surgery do you still refer ppl to Dr. Schweitzer or Dr. Nguyen is their bedside manner pleasant and what about their staff. Have you had any complications?
