8 ozs may take you abit, but it is do-able. I can take in around 1.5 ozs per sip, wait a few mins and take another.

    CPAP

So...heres the skinny. lol as a Respiratory Therapist that has work with Pulmonary sleep Docs for years, the general rule of thumb is a sleep study every 40 lbs or so. With that being said Im pretty sure that doesnt happen. So yes as the weight dissappears forever get the study. My question is how do I/we as CPAP users get rid of the psychological need of this device. As a user myself for the past 12 yrs its like a pacifier to me. Thirty seconds after the mask goes on Im out cold. I asked the docs about this problem and they said get a sleep study to show the physical need is gone and that would help with the psyc. need for it. Im thinking my transition may be a tad harder then that. your thoughts?
