I had my surgery July 8th & I have lost 37 lbs in total including pre-op diet & 29 lbs since surgery... I don't know if I'm considered to be a slow loser but I'm certainly proud of my results... I don't count my inches but I have lost a lot of them... -

It's also the day after my surgery, I also agree that the jello tastes & feels better going down but I can't finish it in 1 sitting.

I didn't do so well on my pre-op diet, had tons of protein, low carb/ low calorie diet, but I didn't have 75% shakes each day -
