  1. I had my surgery on July 11th, I can eat anything I want but I eat vey small amounts and I try just a bite of what ever I want and if it agress with me then I have a little more. I have had pizza, hamburgers, bar b-q, steak, chicken. But one thing is not everyone is the same, I had a Iron stomach before surgery. Now bread has given me a proble a couple times when I eat to fast. Good luck with your journey.
  2. Look on the big mans clothing and they sale scales. I bought one four months ago and went for post op check up and it was dead on the money.
  3. I had my surgery last Thursday and they sent me home on Friday and the Dr. Told me I could have anything I wanted as long as it was in liquid form and sugar free. I have been drinking shakes and had there powdered Peanut Butter you mix with Water and make sure you get plenty of Protein I am taking the Liquid Protein shots drinks from Walmart called New whey Liquid protein, they are actually good. Good luck with your journey.
  4. I had surgery 7/11/13 and the Dr. Told I could have anything I wanted as long as it is a liquid, broth, shakes, Water, green tea. I have not had much pain but sore in my arms and legs, have you had this? Good luck.
  5. Anybody have anything that I need to be aware of after surgery or need to know?
  6. I am new here too, I will have my sleeve done July 11th and I hope I am ready. I have lost 44 pounds since February and they said it was better for the surgery. Good luck everyone on you surgery s.
