  2. I never tried it with regular vinegar! I don't think it would be a problem. Maybe have something sweet to chase it down with after you drink it like a piece of orange. Let me know how it does if you use plain vinegar.
  3. Apple cider vinegar is great for water retaining. Take one tablespoon with 8oz of water hold your nose helps ..Lol! But it flushes all of that fluid out.
  4. That pill might be causing you to retain water. Fish Oil tablets are great for that.
  5. I do great with "Right Size" smoothies. It helps me curve my hunger and sweets!
  6. I have been reading various posting and found yours to be more personal. I had to have a MRI on my knee and found I have multiple tears. I have been told in the past that I should consider the surgery by a doctor. I guess I was more nervous because I would hear the negative stories about people not making it afterwards. I have my appointment with my primary doctor to see what she suggest. This time, I will obey the instruction and act on my Faith in God. I am 53 yrs old and want to live healthy life... I am sorry, I did not do this when my insurance approval me. I am encourage and want to feel better ....
