I was sleeved 7/23 exactly a month ago down 19 since surgery as of yesterday, and down 79 total (60 before surgery). Good job ladies keep up the good work.

Preop liquid diet question

I started by substituting one meal also before my 2 week preop diet, it gives you a chance to sample some different shakes before crunch time. Good Luck -

i'm kinda dreading the preop diet but i am going to give it my all. It was a long hard road getting here and I refuse to lose at this point. Well lose the opportunity, but I will lose this weight.

Congrats on your date. I got my date of July 23rd this morning. I'm so happy. But my nerves are kicking in now but bring them on. Once again congrats and you will be fine. Like someone already said make it about yourself and you will be fine.
