Thank you for this info!! Ill be 2 weeks post op sleeve tomorrow and I've been losing a pound a day! I'm looking way ahead at how to keep the momentum. ... I was wondering, even at 5 months out are you still full on only 600 calories per day? Also, how much exercise and what types? Just curious. THANK YOU

My surgeons office gives everyone a card... its basically just a little card asking them to let you order off the kids menu. Ive used it, and they accepted.
