I only had to stay one night but I am feeling much better today. Having a hard time getting enough liquids down but today was better than yesterday. I think I took my protonix too late. Once I took it I had no issue getting the liquids down. Good luck to all the other 8/19 folks.

I have my surgery today with the same surgeon. Glad to here you are doing so well!

Thanks guys! I am trying to learn as much as I can so I will know what to expect. I'm thinking I will likely have this anxiety until the actual surgery is over.

So I have been approved by my insurance and go for pre surgery labs/tests in a couple of weeks. Yay! But now I am completely terrified about everything. I've heard this is normal but when does this anxiety go away?
