Hi all. I was sleeved on July 2 and came home July 3! I had an amazing doctor Nd an amazing surgery. I am getting used to eating at home which is a little hard. I really do not have any pain but things are just......different going down. Hope all others who had their surgery July 2 or 3 are doing well

I cannot believe this day has come!!!!!! I am nervous and excited and nervous all over again. I can't believe that I cannot drink anything at this point...weird huh? I have waited for so long to have this surgery and the day is here. By this time tomorrow night ill be enjoying some pain cocktail and dancing in the hallways.....well maybe not the dancing part but hey... A girl can wish huh? Good luck to everyone whose life is changing today along with mine. In will say a pray for all of us. For me I am asking for an extra dose of peace. Ok... And a friend just had hers done today and she just told me she was catheterized!!! What the mess????? No one consulted me about this!!!!!! Uuggghhhhh

I am having it done about 5 minutes from my house!!!!!!! I woke up today a bundle of nerves!!!! I have never shaken with nervousness before but today it is visible!!

July2 here. I can't wait but am nervous. I cannot sleep tonight and have so much to do tomorrow!!!!!

My pre-op diet is apparently a one day thing!!! I start that Monday!

July 2!!!! I just got my date last Wednesday....less than a week to surgery date!!! I only have a one day pre-op diet so I have been blessed. I am nervous now though!!!!!!

Hi all. New here. Just found out last week that my surgery is THIS Tuesday. Woke up nervous and anxious this morning.

Hi all. My surgery was moved up a week to this upcoming Tuesday. I am extremely nervous/anxious. I am sure this is normal??? I am totally excited for this journey but it also scares me. Is anyone else having surgery this week????

I had the sleep study and the findings..........I do not sleep. But my BMW is 46. I am 279 and take high Bp meds. My doc also prescribed metaphormin(sp?) which a pre diabetes med. I faxed over the acceptance letter tonight so I hope to have the date tomorrow morning!!!!! I can't believe it is finally happening
