  1. It is amazing to see how all of the docs have different restrictions. I am just so happy tomorrow they are moving me up to full liquids. Who would think you would get excited to have milk, applesauce ect.
  2. June 26th was mine. Not feeling to bad. Had issues with protein water other than that I think I am doing ok.

    I to have kept it quiet. I have only told two people I work with and that is all other than my family. I guess I have all the same worries of what if it doesn't work and some that would say if you just tried harder. I am 52 and was put on my first diet at 6. I have lost and gained everything many times over. People that don't have a weight problem just don't understand. I hope this is the tool I need to be very successful. Good luck and hope we both reach our goals.
  4. I have been doing the preop liquid diet. I found the first 2 days to be the worse. I keep thinking if I could go a week without food why couldn't I do better dieting. Oh well I need the help so I will get sleeved on Wed. I would like to lose about 150 pounds. I just like seeing how others are doing.
