  1. I've actually been using my fitness pal and lose it and the carbs are under 60 most of the time. I never have pasta- it's definitely the worst and I guess I'm gonna have to go back to completely cutting the bread out. My dr said I could eat carbs ( wheat ) if I had room left so I didn't think it would matter much, but it must be . I'm sure every doctors advice is different, thanks though at least I know many people do need to keep carbs down.
  2. Well I haven't counted my carbs but I am sure I under 60 a day when I do have bread it is not much. I know many people go through periods of stalling but wonder what most people lose a month on average that have gone through stalling ?
  3. I had my surgery April 15th and was losing 2 pounds a day for about a month and I have now stalled for the last 3 weeks I have only lost 1.8 pounds. I was working out with a trainer and decided to wait a little while on the weight lifting so I could see some results on the scale. Does anyone eat bread. I have some carbs and wonder if that is slowing it down. I usually have wheat when I do. But I use a calorie counter and I am way below what I should have most of the time ? Does anyone else keep up with calories and how much is a good amount ?
