    Hi there Carrie. I am fairly new as well. I am in nj as well. Me & my husband just went to an informative seminar. We are just starting the process. My story is very similar to yours. I was a small child until I hit puberty. In the last 10 years I have gained 100 lbs. I have a son that I can't keep up with and have started having physical complications from the weight.
