I've tried the bariatric advantage multi in orange and the after taste was horrible. So I switched to celebrate mv in pineapple strawberry and its so much better! No after taste and they have these calcet calcium chews in lemon that are delicious! Hope this helps celebrate also has some type of point program also

I had my surgery July 18th! I'm in the 2nd phase of my diet. The cream of whatever soups are messing up my already messed up gi tract! I started taking lactaid with my 1st bite and has decreased the trips to the bathroom by half :/ anyone else having this issue? Reading the posts on here about returning to work is a little scary bc I have to stand for atleast 6-8 hours straight...

Thank yall for this! I still love the taste of water but it is a lil bit getting it down comfortably. I'm on 6 days post op. Can I ask a question? Did yall have crazy emotions/hormones recovering from the surgery?
