I'm 29 and am a wife and a mama of a 16 month old. I've been overweight for the last 15 years. I've tried everything to no avail and am only getting bigger. I want to br able to chase my son around and still have energy to do it again in 15 minutes. I want to healthier so I can just have a longer life expectancy and be a better wife and be more active.
