    Dear Pinkeez, Congrats!! The preop diet takes some getting used to.... I have this protein powder from my Doc called Chike. It is THE BEST tasting shake I've ever had! I just shake it up in my blender bottle.... We are going to do FANTASTICALLY!!! Keep your spirits up, we are on a rewarding journey. This is my third day of preop diet, and am already down 8 pounds.
