  1. I love fountain coke!!! But it's definitely a trigger for me. I did try a sip, but had TERRIBLE heartburn after, so that cured me! Never again! Also my nutritionist said that it stretches your stomach, so I definitely don't want that!! I'd say forget it! Don't even tempt yourself!
  2. I've been driving myself crazy for a month now. I had my surgery on Jan. 29th and I'm down 70 lbs but that doesn't seem like enough for 5 months!! Also I've been in a stall for a month now, and every morning I torture myself by getting on the scale. Is it normal to have a stall for a month??!!! I keep feeling like I'm not doing something right and it's my fault! Help everyone! Save me from myself!! Feedback please!!!
  3. I feel so relieved to read all of these entries!! I had the surgery on Jan. 29, 2013. So far Ive lost 68 lbs.BUT I've been stalled for the last month. Of course the minute that happens, the old guilt starts and I wonder what I am doing wrong. What am I eating wrong now, etc. etc. I'm still so paranoid and panicked when I don't lose that it's my fault. I know intellectually that it's not, but emotionally, there's still a battle! It really helps to read that others are going through the same things I am!!!
