  7. Hello I am five weeks out and I am having a bond fire with my parents and kids this weekend. We are making smores and I'm not intrested in eating those. All I wanted to do is roast a marshmallow and take a bite. Would that clogged my new stomach? I am so afraid to eat anything because I don't want to hurt myself. Any suggestions welcome.

  11. Hello I was sleeved on 7/15. Everything is going good. I feel so far the best today. I am making sure that I am getting my liquid intake for the day. That has been a struggle. Today has been the best so far. I was wondering when can you eat the cream Soups and how much? My diet progression says to start that about a week after surgury I tried about a Tbs today and I did fine. But since I am not technically a week out I felt that I was cheating. I don't want to do anything to hinder my progress. I just cant do the clear broths I have no desire to eat that. Ok one other embarrassing question. When did you have a normal bowel movement? I am passing gas. But no movement. Should I take some milk of mag tonight??? Oh how embarrassing. :}

  16. Hello! I just found out today that I have been approved by my insurance to go ahead with surgery. This came as a relief as I have been working on this since January. I am looking at having surgery about the second week in July. Can any one tell me more about the pre op diet and what to expect?

Also I have about two more lbs to hit my pre surgery weight goal. Any suggestions on to get those last peak pounds off?? Thanks Steph
