    I actually like the Promote high Protein shake that was given to me after my gastric sleeve procedure at the hospital, its pretty tasty. It taste like ensure shake without the added sugar. For flavoring I add a tad bit of vanilla or almond extract and splenda sugar or truvia for added sweetness....DELISH.
