  1. I agree with the last person, you need a break!! Care taking is the most stressful thing there is! I had surgery MAy 6 th I have lost 46 lbs so far, I'm am so happy, I still have about 80 to go. I started water aerobics ,It really is the best. I can really tell the difference already. Walking is good but hard. I hope you can get some help ,so can can get in the water. Good luck.
  2. I have very similar symptoms.i had the same users years ago too. I notice if I have any things with fat ill it will come up on me too. I belch a lot after I eat. I'm only 9 weeks out.
  3. Dd you ever figure out what made you itch? I am 6 weeks out now, and I still itch sometimes, Doc even gave me a shot.Very annoying .
  4. I had something like this also 2 and 1/2 weeks after surgery. But it was all over my body,couldn't sleep for 10 days had to get a steroid shot. They said it was from medicine,but I hadn't taken any thing new except for liquid Vicodin only a couple of times.Im 4weeks and 5 days out now and still a little itching. Crazy!

  6. 4 weeks and 2 days out, I had a 1 egg omelet with a little mozzarella cheese, lunch was a protein bar,snack a piece of sliced turkey lunch meat,dinner a small piece of sole and about 1/3 cup of sautéed zucchini .i am now enjoying a small sugar free chocolate pudding. Lots of water all day sipping.
  7. Hi there, I have been a stylist for 44 yrs, had surgery on 5-7 doing OK, just having some kind of allergic reaction to something can't figure it out. I've had this horrible itching for 10 days now.been to my GP 2 times got a shot on Friday, still itching. I'm still working, just cut way back during my healing time.i can't wait to get back my stamina.doing better every day,if I could sleep better( itching) I would be great.Good luck to you, don't work to hard. I know how hard our job can be.
