Happy 2016 to all of you!! I am close to getting my date. I think it might be in April. Going to see Dr. Malik in February to give consent for surgery and I hope that's when I get my date. If anyone can let me know, how long is pre-op liquid diet? I'll be away for a bit during Spring break. Thank you!!

Hello everyone, I'll be seeing Carla and Dr. Zetner at the end of July for orientation and then separate meetings the day after. For those of you that have had orientation and meeting with both, please tell me what I can expect. And how long after your meetings did you have surgery? Were you required to lose weight? With the new program, my surgeons office doesn't even have me in system anymore. Thank you!!

I haven't had surgery yet but do prefer vegessential It's great with almond milk and a banana. I blend it all in my vitamix 27g of Protein and 6-8 servings of veggies

I'm currently seeing Dr. Malik in Victoria. My first appt with him was last August, just saw him again last weekend and will see him again in 6 months. No surgery date yet. It's slow but hoping worth the wait.I've met with the endocrinologist and will meet with the nutritionist after my next appt with the Dr.

Hi everyone, I had my first consult Aug 22 and it went well. The doctor put me on the program and wants to see me back in 6 months. he didn't ask me to lose any weight but did tell me if I gained any, I would be taken off the program. I got a call last week for a sleep apnea test...did that last night...the results, not so great. just wondering if anyone has gone through this or what I should expect. thank you!! sorry for not being able to break off paragraphs...editor not working properly
