  1. It's crazy. I don't normally feel hunger just for the day or two after.
  2. Anyone else get hungrier than the usual very little about a day or two after an intense workout on your muscles. Not cardio but muscle building? Worried cause I feel like I could really detriment because of it.
  3. My goal is to get enough muscle to minimize the skin issue or at least lessen it. I'm 32 so I hope with working out there will be some mitigation.
  4. Hi I'm one month out of surgery and looking to exercise. Can you tell me how you started and how you moved up to muscle building?
  5. Hi everyone. Yes, I'm gay and recently sleeved. Starting weight at first office visit 299 was 286 when I went for surgery and one month later I am 256 so 43 lbs total so far confidence shot up even hit on a hottie at the bar and succeeded woot! Go me!
  6. I want to work out but am intimidated. What was everyone's experience so close after surgery and any suggestions. I have been walking 2-3 times a day and I am not allowed to do core exercises yet per doctor's office.
  7. Felt really weak after one wondered if this happened to anyone else?
  8. I had the procedure done yesterday. I was miserable right after surgery but feel better today. I have been walking a lot and feel like the gas pains are worse than the stomach pains. Everyone has been really supportive and am looking forward to going home tomorrow.
  9. Thanks everyone for the support. I will get through the low points. It is nice to hear I am not alone.
  10. While getting ready for the surgery did you ever lose your motivation?
  11. Hi. I'm 300 at my heaviest and set for surgery if approved in July. I got over the guilt issues with the surgery but struggle with diet, body issues and fear of surgery. Anyone got some nice words of encouragement or wisdom?
