  7. I was wonder if anybody lost the weight and didn't have to get the extra skin removed with surgery? If so what did you do and how often?
  8. It's been 3 months since my surgery and the experience thus far still amazes me. It must admit it was hard at first. You have to start thinking like a small person. Everything that you use to eat you can hang it up. I find myself looking at food that would have never been enough to fill me up and I am just overwhelmed. Like how did I eat all that before! More water intake now than EVER. I feel great. My energy level is much better. My kids and their friends workout with me and it makes working out so much fun. In the beginning I was sick a lot couldn't eat was barely getting fluids in and I found myself wondering if I made the right decision. If it's hard for you now don't give up in time I does get better. I had a weight stall for about 2 and a half weeks but after that I started back losing weight. I am down 54lbs since surgery. Good luck sleevers. Just wanted to share.
  9. 1 month and counting I miss my salad. But I am scared to try it. I think I will give it 2 more months to be on the safe side
  10. Thanks so much cause I am tryna stay hydrated also and I was a big Gatorade drinker pre op but I was scared because I got sick from protein shakes so I backed away from sugar but I am gonna try it and just alternate it with water thank you!
