  4. I cant eat anything and when I do I take a few bites and thats when I get the feeling in my chest. I feel like I have to burp and everything just keeps going up and down. I just pray that its stays down lol
  5. I definitely dont get enough. I just keep trying everyday
  6. Hey im 6 weeks out also. I also have my good days then I have my bad days where I vomit and dont drink much. All I can say is hopefully it will get better. Good luck
  7. I started to chew slower however I noticed that crackers or anything crunchy works well good luck to you lol
  8. Its ok I have no idea. My doctor gave me meds to stop it. Its gotten alittle better but I cant eat much it just comes right back up. I go to my doctor tomorrow so we will see.. I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem
  9. Im 6 weeks out and I still vomit a lot. However I go on emily bites website and I get a lot of great ideas. Good luck
  10. Good luck I am 6 weeks out I have my ups and downs but no regrets. Down 52 pounds and couldn't be happier.
