I feel like I'm doing this alone. I had my intial consult with the surgeon's office seen their nutritionist and they just gave the basic high protein low carb blah blah blah speech not helpful and was told my insurance had three month diet requirement. Then was told I couldn't even think about surgery until I was 1 year postpartum well that won't be until end of Nov. I'm so depressed about this and to top it off I'm on my third month of my requirement but haven't lost any weight. I need the dr to set a precise plan to follow I mean hello we all no whats good and bad for us but I need a menu plan so I dont stray because of course I have zero will power otherwise I wouldn't need the sleeve to begin with. Sorry just had to rant

Realizing that I'm waiting and wishing for death. I want to live life, go out act like a normal person. I have 5 young children and don't want them to live in a "closed up waiting for death to be free " enviroment. I want to be there for them and be the fun mom they deserve and to finally get out of this jail cell that has become my life
