  1. Congrats girl you look great! Im 8 days out myself...what did you do for 65 in 3 months?
  2. How do you get in 64oz of water?
  3. Hey, I'm just wondering...I read ppl can't eat more than a teaspoon or 2...I really can't feel my stomach to say the same. Are you experiencing the same full feeling you got before the surgery or is it different? I mean I don't have more than about 2 or 3 teaspoons myself but it's not because I have this crazy full feeling but more like I'm just not that hungry so I just stop. Anyone else not getting an "I'm so stuffed" feeling like ppl claim or for those of you that do what's it like?
  4. Hey, congrats to you and your wife! I'm 7 days out myself! Quick question, where does the group meet? Just trying to see if it's close enough for me to attend. Good luck to you both!
  5. I didn't have a drain when I left the hospital but I understand the purpose so it shouldn't be that big a deal even if it is an inconvenience...
  6. Suppositories! Every 4-6 hours with everything else going on... leave my butt alone! That would've annoyed me! I have liquid tylenol.
  7. Where did you go to get fitted and purchase bras... if you don't mind me asking?
  8. I had one while in the hospital, but they took it out before I was discharged.
  9. Day 3: enjoying the rain, hoping I can keep my windows open (severe storm watch). Walking around the house, drinking crystal lite, loving sugar free popsicles, taking in a little water/ice cubes, had a protein drink (sigh), and half cup of Isopure (blah).
  10. Lol...I tried to find a good one before I got sleeved, even my favorite places were terrible!
  11. Yup, sf vanilla pudding...just dipped my spoon in it a few times...I'm on full liquid so I can have pudding, jello, almost anything that doesn't require chewing. I'm stuck on popsicles though.
  12. Sleeved on the 25th and came home Thursday! Sorry for taking so long to update. The only thing I had been consistently was tired! I slept as much as I possibly could when they weren't waking me up to check me, give me shots etc. I walked around my room, to the bathroom, once the catheter was out. I don't think I did that well getting in fluids but I sure did go to the bathroom a lot. Water was difficult going down so I stuck with crystal light and popsicles. Yesterday they gave me pudding. I was also released after that so I was very happy! After I got out, I went to the pharmacy, my favorite thrift shop, and then to gnc to try out the Isopure drinks I keep hearing about. I didn't push myself too hard, felt fine. The only trouble I had was getting comfortable so I could lay down. Today my stomach feels fine but my arms and back are sore. I haven't had any problems with gas (yet) but I also haven't had a bm yet... anyone else not have a bm yet?
  13. I was too tired... didn't even turn on the tv!
