  1. Hey 2 lbs a week is awesome. My surgeon said that 2 lbs a week is what I should shoot to lose. I have just started Water aerobics this summer. I love it. So give me 2 a week. Slow and steady wins the race. Hey it took me 25 years to gain it all so taking a year to lose it all.... okay, I guess i can be patient. Plus I think about how good I feel now and how much more I can do. Heck going up the stairs without wanting to keel over at the top totally rocks. And I can even beat my hubby in the number of push ups I can do. SW: 230 Current: 189 Sleeved March 15.
  2. Just keep going. Stalls are normal. And they do pass. Just keep with what they recommend and get a little more exercise to shake things up. Your body is a wonderful machine that always adjusts to preserve itself and right now we have all put it into a tailspin. So stalls are just your body readjusting and it will get used to the current situation and eventually get comfortable enough again to let go of the fat.
