  1. I had my surgery on Apr. 24. On May 23 I am flying to Florida to visit family. I live in Buffalo. What challenges are lurking out there, and what skills should I bone up on to meet and overcome them. I will be at the 'soft solid' stage of my program. Thanks !
  2. Vacuum? My dr said to wait a month Drive? I was told 10 days Garden? As soon as I am up to it,just no lifting of over 10 pounds Bath/swim? Drink coffee? Exercise? I'm a week out, and have virtually no pain, and am antsy and curious how long other sleevers had physical restrictions. I know I have internal stitches and such, so I'm forcing myself to sit. Thanks.
  3. Has anyone else experienced funky breath? Mine seems especially bad in the morning. Also, my teeth feel weird. I seem to have a loose feeling but I know they are not. I am one week out as of tomorrow, and still on liquids. Thanks!
  4. I am nearly one week post op, and my d has expanded my liquid diet to I clued puréed ford pushed thru a mesh strainer. Basically, liquefy everything. So today, I was making my chocolate Protein shake, and added in a bit of Smuckers all natural creamy Peanut Butter. I tossed everything into the Ninja blender and mixed. I took a sip and swallowed. I then discovered there are minuscule pieces of peanut in the mixture. Now, I'm worried that I'm going to irreparably damage my sleeve. I called the dietician I spoke with yesterday, but I'm still worried. Any thoughts? Or ideas? Thanks from a freaked out newbie.
