Hello, I am new to this app. I am almost 4 weeks post op and have not lost any weight in a week. I am eating what is suggested by my doctor and I started my workout routine. Has anyone experienced this? I'm very frustrated and hoping its because I am doing weight training. -

Same exact thing for me. My surgery on 3/5 and lost 21lbs and I have not to lost any in a week. I am just going to take the advice of others and stop weighting myself. I find myself doing it way to often and being dissapointed. From what others have said a 3-4 week stall is normal because your body adjusting. I think it will all work out we just need to have patience -
