  8. Wow first of all I'm so sorry this happen. When I had my scope I was very nervous but relaxed because I knew it had to be done. My doctor was late about 2hrs. Everyone was very sweet and nice. I get the scope done. When I wake up my hair is a mess lol I did not know though. The doctor comes in tells me I have a small hernia and it will be remove on surgery day (no big deal) I still fell drugged up so I don't ask questions. When my friend sees me her reaction was shocked she said I looked beat up they wheel me to the car I look in the mirror I have red spots all on my eyes temples and forehead even in back of my ears. I looked bad I called the out patient facility the next day they don't know what it is the anesthesiologist doctor calls me and ask of it itches blah blah and no it wasn't hurting or itching. I did tell him I had got this but very very very mild when I throw up and he said "we'll you just diagnosed yourself" lol I been thinking about it because what if I was allergic to latex lol. I'm not having surgery into August. Has anyone else had the red spots on there face after the endoscopy??? He said I was gagging and trying to sit up during my endoscopy!!! SCARRY!!! lol.
  9. I was freaking out and having doubts I read that someone started to get seizures. I stopped reading so I wouldn't scare myself more lol. My surgery won't be into August. I'm just thinking positive now and keeping that excited feeling instead of that scary anxious nervous feelings I get when I read the complications.
  10. Did you get your surgery and how did it go?? Hope your doing great =)
  11. I had my endoscopy done the day before yesterday and I was very nervous about the anesthesia. It was no big deal after but I hate how I felt right before I knocked out. Now I'm having second thoughts about the surgery what if I regret it. I don't know why because I have wanted this for years and now I have insurance that covers it & I'm having second thoughts. At first I was super excited I still am but not like at first lol ugh I hate this my surgery isn't into August. Maybe I'm just overwhelmed because I'm feeling very stressed from work also and reading about people's negative things and not liking the shakes lol. I just don't know. I want to get back to super exciting feeling I had at first. I'm me to this I'm glad I found this app!!

  13. Hello everyone. I'm so glad theres a app like this. I had my visit with the "shrink" last week and I took longer to fill paper work out then I did talking to him haha. I had my endoscopy done yesterday. I was a little nervous about the anesthesia but I did it. I must of been gagging during the procedure because my face around my eyes are super red like blood vessels (not happy about that) I feel great today. I need five weight management classes and I'll be ready for my gastric sleeve =)
