Do you know how often these stalls happen? Sounds like it happens a lot. I stalled for about a week. I don't think I was eating enough because I never got hungry. I still don't get hungry but I know if I don't eat the weight won't come off. That is what happens for me at least... You are doing great btw slow and steady always wins the race.

How is everyone doing? It has been a month! How time flies...I've officially kissed 30 lbs goodbye. I am doing cardio now. Zumba is really fun! Is any body else working out? What are you doing? Brag a little...if not here...where?

I had my surgery on March 19th, so I'm joining y'all! yes, I'm from Texas!! I just weighed myself and have lost 11pounds!! I'm so excited!! I also love the idea of this group! Here's to our Skinny Self status!!

I am ecstatic I'm 6 days out and have lost 11 pounds!!! It would take me a whole month to lose that on my own!! Woot! Woot!!
