You go Girl, I am excited for you. One thing I got to build on is to drink. I almost forget to drink. I am so proud that I don't have a desire to eat as much as I use to.
  3. I didn't have any vomiting.I had gas real bad but I got up like the nurse said and I walked until I couldn't walk any more. I guess I'm blessed so much that I didn't even have a lot of pain. They gave me pain medicine to take when I got home but I have not taken not one drop of it. I guess that was a waste of money to buy it. I walk every day for 30 minutes.

  5. Hi! I had my surgery March 8th.I weighed in at 242 the morning of the surgery. Since thenI am weighting 218. Areyou walking everyday? I get up and walk everyday for 30minutes. I don't get enough water in either. I know I got to do better with the water. But, don't get discouraged. It's gonna happen. Hang in there.
